As a Complaint Administrator at Amplius, you'll play a key role in delivering a smooth and efficient complaints experience, ensuring complaints are handled accurately, deadlines are met, and customers are kept informed every step of the way.

Your week: 36.25 hours - Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

Location: Hybrid, with up to three days per week in our Milton Keynes or Rushden office.

Snapshot of your role:

  • Route complaints to the appropriate colleagues and support the progression of complaints through different stages.
  • Act as a first point of contact for customer complaint enquiries, delivering professional, empathetic and customer focused support.
  • Monitor complaint timescales, track agreed actions and commitments, and follow up with service areas on outstanding actions.
  • Maintain accurate, auditable records ensuring information is complete, up to date and handled confidentially.
  • Provide administrative support to the complaints service, ensuring all complaints are logged, categorised, and processed accurately.
  • Contribute to a positive customer experience by supporting the timely, consistent, and efficient handling of complaints.

What you'll need to thrive in this role:

  • Experience in an administration, coordination, or customer service role.
  • Experience handling customer information accurately and confidentially, while following established processes.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage deadlines.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and customer-focused approach.
  • Confidence using IT systems, databases, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • A calm professional, and empathetic approach with dealing with customers who may be dissatisfied or frustrated.
