In our Community Support Worker role, you’ll provide housing related support to our customers within our supported housing accommodation. You will enable people to live as independently as possible with dignity, promoting general wellbeing and respect for their wishes and preferences, by providing support in line with policies and procedures and individualised support plans.

Your week: 37 hours per week (rolling rota, Monday through to Sunday)

This is what your day will look like as our Community Support Worker:

  • Updating and maintaining records, as well as reporting and documenting any issues.
  • Ensure that individuals are supported in understanding and managing their licenses, maximizing their income, paying their rent and utilities, reporting repairs, and using available facilities.
  • Maintain and respect all peoples’ choices, privacy, confidentiality, dignity, and independence, treating them as individuals.
