In our Scheme Assistant role, you’ll provide on-site support and front-line service at older persons’ housing schemes, ensuring a safe, well-managed, and responsive environment for residents.
Location: Stronglands Court, Oundle / The Shrubberies, Woodford / The Forresters, Raunds
Salary: Up to £23,751 per year
Contract: Fixed Term Contract – 12 Month Maternity Cover
Your week: 36.25 hours p/week (Monday – Friday, 9am - 5.15pm, 1-hour break)
Snapshot of your role:
- Manage the day-to-day service delivery of three schemes acting as a point of contact for our residents enabling them to live independently.
- Helping to engage residents and supporting in the creation of community.
- Support residents and raise any wellbeing concerns to manager or relevant team.
- Help customers in relation to housing management and maintenance issues.
- Reporting, and monitoring building repairs through to completion.
- Support with viewings for new customers, and help customers settle into the schemes.
- Complete site compliance checks / premise inspections.
- Identifying anti-social behaviour and safeguarding concerns and referring through to the relevant teams or agencies.
