The Vacancy

In our Reserve Community Support Worker role, you\’ll be providing Housing related support to our customers within our supported housing accommodation. To enable people to live as independently as possible with dignity, promoting general wellbeing and respect for their wishes and preferences, by providing support in line with policies and procedures and individualized support plans.
Location: Gainsborough HRS Wembley Street Gainsborough DN21 2AJ
Salary: Up to £12.60 per hour
Contract: Reserve
Your week: Reserve shifts as required
Snapshot of your role
This is what your day will look like as our Reserve Community Support Worker:

  • Enable people to maximize their independence within their homes and the local community.
  • Maintain and respect all peoples\’ choices, privacy, confidentiality, dignity, and independence, treating them as individuals.
  • Work as part of a team providing support, as well as lone work as required.
  • Work flexibly on a 7-day Rota including evenings, weekends, bank holidays as required.
  • Help the customers understand the responsibilities of holding a tenancy – particularly with respect to keeping the property in a clean and tidy state, not causing a nuisance to neighbours and paying rent.
