Position: Medical Science Liaison – Rare Diseases

Client: Biotech, Rare Diseases
Reports to: Field Manager at Amplity Health
Location: Home-based in the UK with 50-70% travel
Territory: International

Responsibilities:

  • Support activities in Medical Affairs and Clinical Development for pipeline products.
  • Act as a key interface with clinical trial sites, ensuring successful study execution.
  • Develop deep scientific expertise in neurology, genetics, and rare diseases.
  • Engage with opinion leaders and maintain strong relationships within the medical community.
  • Provide scientific support across cross-functional teams, including congresses and advisory boards.
  • Operate ethically, complying with all laws, regulations, and policies.

Requirements:

  • Master\’s or Diploma in Life Sciences or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience as an MSL or similar role in medical affairs.
  • Knowledge in neurology, genetics, or rare diseases preferred.
  • Experience with clinical trial design and evaluation.
  • Fluent in English and local language.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
  • Able to travel 50-70%.
  • Resident within the assigned region.
