Amplify is a modern, HIPAA-compliant communications and workflow platform for the U.S. healthcare market. Our flagship product, iFax, is ranked by G2 as the world's highest-rated cloud fax platform. We are now expanding into a broader platform including fax, e-signature, forms, secure messaging, document workflows, and AI-driven automation. Product-Led Growth is central to how we scale.
We are hiring a Head of Product-Led Growth (PLG) to own and dramatically increase revenue per visitor across our PLG funnel. This is a senior, hands-on role focused on turning traffic into revenue by optimizing every stage of the self-serve journey — from first visit to activation, conversion, and expansion.
What You’ll Own
- You will own the entire PLG funnel, including:
- Website entry points and landing pages
- Pricing page strategy, packaging, and experimentation
- Account creation and onboarding
- Activation and "aha" moments
- User journeys by segment
- Monetization, paywalls, nudges, and upgrades
This role sits at the intersection of product, growth, data, and user psychology, with direct accountability for revenue outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Increase revenue per visitor through continuous experimentation
- Design and run A/B and multivariate tests across UX, messaging, pricing, and flows
- Identify and remove friction across signup, onboarding, and activation
- Define and optimize journeys for:
- API users and developers
- Partners and resellers
- Business (non-healthcare) users
Who You Are (Non-Negotiable)
- 5+ years SaaS experience with real PLG ownership
- Hands-on A/B testing and experimentation (you've run the tests yourself)
- Excellent CRO fundamentals and strong design/aesthetic judgment
- Highly independent and autonomous, but strong communicator and collaborator
- A true growth hacker — scrappy, data-driven, biased toward action
- Comfortable owning outcomes, not just optimizations
This is not a generic growth marketing role. This is for someone who has personally moved a PLG funnel in a regulated SaaS environment.
What Success Looks Like
- Measurable increase in revenue per visitor
- Faster activation and stronger early monetization
- Clear, optimized journeys for each user segment
- A PLG engine that compounds over time
Why This Role
This role has real ownership, real leverage, and direct CEO collaboration. If you’ve been optimizing without owning results — this is the opposite.
