We are hiring a Head of Paid Media to own SaaS paid acquisition end-to-end. This is a hands-on, full-time remote role focused on designing, executing, and scaling paid acquisition across multiple channels. You will be responsible for building and optimizing campaigns, landing pages, and funnels that drive measurable outcomes: SQLs, customers, and revenue. You will operate with a high degree of autonomy, manage paid budgets directly, and use data and experimentation to continuously improve performance. This role works closely with leadership and cross-functional partners to ensure paid acquisition aligns with overall growth and go-to-market strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own paid acquisition strategy and execution across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and other relevant channels
  • Independently design, build, execute, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns end-to-end, including ads, landing pages, and supporting assets
  • Use modern AI-powered tools to accelerate testing, creative iteration, and performance optimization
  • Manage budgets, forecasting, and spend allocation to maximize efficiency and ROI
  • Analyze campaign and funnel performance to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Run structured experimentation across audiences, messaging, offers, and funnels
  • Ensure paid efforts align with broader marketing and growth strategy
  • Maintain brand consistency and compliance across all paid channels

Qualifications

  • You have 7–12+ years of hands-on paid media / performance marketing experience
  • Proven experience owning paid acquisition for a SaaS business
  • Hands-on expertise across paid media platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage paid acquisition end-to-end (strategy, execution, landing pages, optimization)
  • Strong understanding of campaign strategy, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization
  • Solid analytical skills, including metrics tracking, attribution, and ROI measurement
  • Experience managing budgets, forecasts, and performance against revenue targets
  • Comfortable working autonomously in a remote, fast-moving environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Nice to have

  • Experience marketing to the US healthcare market
  • Familiarity with compliance-driven messaging (HIPAA, healthcare workflows)
