J ob Title: Customer Service & Order Processor Location: Colne Salary: Circa Β£28,000 Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:30 About Us: Our client is more than just a distributor. Job Overview: They are looking for a Customer Service & Order Processor to join our Colne team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys helping customers, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in accuracy and attention to detail. In this role, youll be a key point of contact for customers, ensuring orders are processed efficiently, enquiries are resolved promptly, and the exceptional service Prolight is known for is consistently delivered. Key Responsibilities : Accurately process customer orders, quotations, and returns using internal systems. Respond to customer enquiries by phone and email, providing product information, pricing, and availability. Work closely with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfilment and dispatch. Maintain and update customer records and account information in the CRM system. Help improve processes to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency. Required Skills & Experience : Previous experience in customer service, order processing, or sales administration (B2B experience preferred). Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and professional manner. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and CRM or ERP systems. Ability to multitask and manage workload effectively in a busy environment. Positive, proactive, and customer-focused approach.
