We're proud to announce the growth of our national field marketing partnership with Bacardi, one of the world's most iconic spirits businesses representing brands like Bacardi Rum, Bombay Sapphire, Grey Goose, Patrón, Martini, and more. We're now looking for an ambitious and people-focused Field Sales Manager to lead a team of Field Sales Executives across the North of the UK (including Scotland). If you're passionate about coaching, performance, and developing talent, this is an opportunity to play a key role in one of the UK's most exciting field sales programmes.
What You'll Be Doing
- You'll lead from the front, spending time in the field with your team, helping them deliver exceptional results while developing their skills and confidence.
- Coach and develop a team of Field Sales Executives to achieve outstanding performance.
- Spend regular time in the field conducting store visits and accompanying coaching days.
- Use data and insights to identify opportunities and drive sales growth.
- Set clear objectives and support your team to achieve and exceed targets.
- Build strong relationships with retailers, key stakeholders, and clients.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, training and ongoing development.
- Share best practice and create a high-performance team culture.
- Act as a key link between the field team, client and internal stakeholders.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll balance coaching, performance management, strategic thinking and customer engagement.
What You Need To Be Successful
- Previous experience managing or coaching field sales teams.
- A passion for developing people and helping others succeed.
- Strong commercial awareness and a results-focused mindset.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to analyse performance data and turn insight into action.
- Organised, self-motivated and comfortable working remotely.
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle.
- Experience within FMCG, field sales or the drinks industry would be beneficial, but leadership capability, proven delivery track record, and a coaching mindset are what matter most.
