This role offers the chance to be the face of Bacardi in your territory, building retailer relationships, driving product visibility, and ensuring this world-class portfolio stands out in every store you visit.
About the roleAs a Field Sales Executive, you’ll visit a variety of retailers in your defined territory each day, representing Bacardi’s premium portfolio. You’ll build strong working relationships with key decision makers, identify in-store opportunities, and drive sales through excellent merchandising, promotional execution, and brand advocacy.
Your Key Responsibilities- Build and develop relationships with store managers and key decision makers in your territory.
- Actively merchandise Bacardi products, ensuring prime shelf placement and promotional compliance.
- Negotiate additional shelf space and identify opportunities for secondary displays.
- Increase product distribution, visibility, and availability.
- Provide actionable market feedback to your internal team.
- Use sales data and insights to drive in-store activity.
- Complete all reporting and administration promptly and accurately.
As this is a driving role visiting numerous retail stores in a defined territory each day, you must have a full driving licence and use of your own vehicle. To support work-life balance, you should live within — or be able to easily travel within — the territory listed above. Previous experience in field sales, retail, or FMCG is beneficial but not essential. Strong relationship-building skills, with a professional and proactive approach. Self-motivated, organised, and results focused.
