The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
A part-time contractor role for national sales coverage in the UK, working from home and hopefully with some limited availability for UK travel. If travel is not possible and you are a great sales person, we will still consider, as the majority of this role can be done remotely.
You will be responsible for implementing strategic sales plans, managing accounts, building and nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You'll primarily be working with FM, though also distributors, end users and property management companies, across our supply chains.
We have a LOT of sales leads already but are massively stretched and struggle to chase up - we need some fire power to convert! The work also includes identifying new business opportunities to expand the Amplify Goods' market reach in the B2B sector - getting our great products into universities, stadia, hospitality and all sorts!
Collaborating with product development, marketing and operations teams is essential, alongside contributing to our mission as a diverse-owned and led UK certified social enterprise creating work for people with barriers to employment such as homelessness and disability.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Business Planning and the ability to strengthen our strategic sales plan and approaches
- Experience in Account Management, effectively building and maintaining client relationships
- Proven expertise in Sales, with the ability to generate revenue and identify new opportunities
- Experience in the FM sector a strong advantage
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficient in CRM tools and data analysis for informed decision-making
- Previous experience in soap, sustainability-focused or social enterprise organisations is a strong advantage
