The predicted salary is between 25000 - 30000 £ per year.

Position: Full time, 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, all year round. Hours of work: week one 6am - 2pm, week two 11am - 7pm (rotation).

Responsibilities:

  • Carry out various maintenance duties to ensure general upkeep of the premises.
  • Perform minor grounds work and maintain security.
  • Deputise for the Facilities Manager in building maintenance, including liaison with contractors.

Qualifications:

  • Good buildings management and handyperson skills, gained through a technical/vocational qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Good working knowledge of Health and Safety.
  • Efficient and organised with a 'can do' attitude, calm and professional manner.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
