Position Full time, 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, all year round. Hours of work: week one 6am - 2pm, week two 11am - 7pm (rotation). Responsibilities * Carry out various maintenance duties to ensure general upkeep of the premises. * Perform minor grounds work and maintain security. * Deputise for the Facilities Manager in building maintenance, including liaison with contractors. Qualifications * Good buildings management and handyperson skills, gained through a technical/vocational qualification or equivalent experience. * Good working knowledge of Health and Safety. * Efficient and organised with a 'can do' attitude, calm and professional manner. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
