Salary: £13,728 p.a. + Variable commission scheme

About the Role

We are seeking a Sales and Customer Service Advisor to join our high street branch in Oldham. You will manage the reception desk, coordinate appointments for the Audiologist, make customer calls, and provide a welcoming environment for visitors.

Responsibilities

1. Manage the diary to optimize sales and service appointments for new and existing customers
2. Review the customer database regularly to identify appointment opportunities and improve clinic performance
3. Make personalized welcome calls to maximize attendance and foster customer relationships
4. Generate revenue by scheduling appointments and promoting add-on products where appropriate
5. Maintain relationships with customers, offering promotions and hearing solutions
6. Ensure the store\’s visual appearance aligns with Amplifon standards, including merchandising and cleanliness
7. Manage stock levels to ensure availability of products

Candidate Requirements

The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent customer service skills and a proactive, flexible attitude. Additionally, they should:

• Be computer literate, familiar with Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and appointment systems
• Support audiologists in achieving sales targets
• Be proactive, adaptable, and able to develop strong internal relationships
• Work independently with good organizational skills
• Align with Amplifon’s vision and values
• Be open to career development within the company
