About the role
We are looking for an Audiologist who is passionate about making a real difference to our customers\’ hearing loss journey to join our branch on Ipswich high street.
Overview
You will be working as the sole audiologist in our Ipswich branch, with a dedicated Sales & Customer Service Advisor to help manage your diary and greet customers, so you can focus on delivering the best patient care.
You can offer any customer with hearing loss a 2‑week free trial of any of our hearing aids to help your customers take that step to a private hearing aid solution.
We can offer you top‑of‑the‑range testing equipment and the latest hearing aids to provide the best clinical service to your patients.
Strict 9‑5 hours and no working weekends. All admin is done at the point of sale with support from your Sales & Customer Service Advisor, so you won’t have any work to do after hours.
Uncapped monthly and quarterly commission plus a company car or ÂŁ3,000 car allowance.
You will have the full support of our UK Head Office Marketing team to ensure you have a full diary.
An opportunity to move into an Area Manager position, join the training team, or work for Amplifon in a different country.
4 weeks of training from the best performers in Amplifon, so you can deliver the best experience to our customers.

Responsibilities
- Administer hearing tests, assess clients’ needs and inform them of available options.
- Provide after‑care service in line with the Amplifon aftercare programme.
- Manage the clinic with support from a Sales & Customer Advisor, including staff management.
- Ensure the team delivers a professional, courteous and high‑quality service.
- Deliver a positive Amplifon customer journey experience that exceeds expectations.
- Act as a role model for Amplifon by developing and maintaining strong relationships with colleagues, the local community and other clinicians.
