We are looking for a dedicated Audiologist who is passionate about delivering exceptional service to join our Amplifon branch in Dunstable.

About the role

You will work in our store with a dedicated Sales & Customer Service Advisor, helping manage your diary and greet customers, allowing you to focus on delivering the best customer care.

You will be dedicated exclusively to the Dunstable branch, enabling you to focus on your customers and build a strong reputation within the local community.

As the only audiologist in the store, you\’ll manage each customer\’s experience from start to finish, fostering strong relationships and providing personalized care every step of the way.

Opportunity to earn commission from day one with no minimum threshold and uncapped potential earnings.

£40,000 salary plus a company car or £3,000 car allowance.

Free hearing aid trials for anyone you identify as having hearing loss.

Full support from our UK Head Office Marketing team to help attract customers to your branch.

Opportunities for career progression into Area Manager roles, training teams, or working in different countries for Amplifon.

  • Managing the clinic with support from a Sales & Customer Advisor, including staff management.
  • Ensuring a professional, courteous, and high-quality service.
  • Delivering a positive customer journey that exceeds expectations.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with colleagues, the local community, and other clinicians.
