Company Description
Amplifirm has been dedicated to empowering businesses with innovative tools since its establishment in 2023. Focused on growth and confidence, Amplifirm provides an AI Voicebot platform designed to automate conversations, foster stronger relationships, and unlock new opportunities for organizations. By leveraging cutting-edge technology, we enable businesses to achieve higher goals, accelerate processes, and create sustainable success. At Amplifirm, we are committed to reshaping the way businesses work through smart and impactful solutions.
Role Description
We are looking for a motivated Video Editing Intern who wants hands-on exposure to content creation inside a growing AI startup. This is not a passive or observational role. You will be working on real social media and marketing content that is published publicly and used to drive brand awareness, leads, and sales. The role is ideal for students or recent graduates interested in video editing, content creation, social media, startups, or digital marketing.
As a Video Editing Intern, you will be responsible for editing short-form content for platforms such as Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn. This includes cutting talking-head videos, adding captions, sound effects, motion graphics, zooms, and pacing edits to maximise retention and engagement. You may also help organise raw footage, repurpose long-form content into short clips, and experiment with different editing styles based on performance. There may be opportunities to collaborate on content ideas and trends with the founders.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with strong attention to detail, a good sense of pacing and storytelling, and an understanding of short-form social media content. You should be comfortable working independently, open to feedback, and eager to improve quickly. Experience with tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software is preferred, but not essential if you can demonstrate strong editing ability.
In return, you will gain real startup experience editing content that reaches real audiences, exposure to how content drives growth in an AI business, and direct feedback from the founders. The internship provides strong, portfolio-ready work, a reference upon successful completion, and potential progression to a paid role or ongoing contract based on performance. This is an unpaid internship with flexible hours of approximately 10 hours per week. The role is remote, and an immediate start is preferred.
