Amplifi Talent are partnering with Klira to recruit a qualified Finance Manager on a permanent basis. This role is London based, with Klira moving to a new HQ in London Bridge in the New Year. Klira is a pioneering skincare company redefining the way people understand and care for their skin. Founded on the belief that skincare should be both science-led and personally tailored, Klira blends dermatological expertise with cutting-edge technology to deliver highly effective, personalised skincare solutions.
This is a hands-on finance leadership role at the heart of a fast-scaling brand. You will own the end-to-end finance function from management accounts and forecasting through to cashflow, supplier payments, and strategic decision-making support. You will partner directly with our CEO, working closely with founders and senior leaders to build the financial clarity, control, and insight that support rapid international growth.

What You’ll Do- Lead all aspects of finance operations management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Drive a strong understanding of unit economics and profitability, providing insight that shapes commercial decisions.
- Manage cashflow, treasury, payroll, VAT, and compliance with meticulous attention to detail.
- Build scalable finance processes suited to a fast-growth, D2C health-tech environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed financial discipline and operational efficiency.
- 5-7 years experience in finance, ideally in a start-up or high-growth consumer brand.
- ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified, with strong technical grounding and commercial curiosity.
- A self-starter who thrives in dynamic environments and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves.
- Exceptional organisational skills and a proactive, solutions-driven mindset.
