THE ROLE:
The Alliances Manager will be responsible for managing Amplifi Europe’s existing partner ecosystem and onboarding new partners to support our services evolution. A key part of the role is building and maintaining strong relationships at all levels with our partners to cement Amplifi as the partner of choice. This role will work closely with Sales, Marketing and Delivery teams to support our go-to-market strategy with strategic partners.
WHAT YOU’LL BE UP TO:
- Helping shape and deliver on the agreed alliances business plan.
- You will be responsible for the European partner influenced sales target. This will include working with our partners to drive alliance revenue through regular pipeline calls, opportunity registration and business reviews.
- You will strive towards the best client outcomes by bringing together complimentary alliance partners and work closely with the Amplifi delivery team to gain a deep understanding of the partner ecosystem, including incentive programs, enablement offerings, and success measures and uses this knowledge to drive alliance business.
- Identify qualified opportunities through constant engagements with partners.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to actively support ongoing sales cycles, ensuring timely progression of opportunities.
- Build and execute sales and marketing strategies to engage partners and drive opportunities.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our partner’s value propositions, their target markets and business challenges and capabilities.
- Coordinate with partners on events, talks, and other marketing events.
- Assist in determining alliance revenue goals based on input from overall market strategy, market growth goals, and practice focus areas.
- You will work closely with Amplifi’s SVP, Sales EMEA in planning process to develop mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for alliances.
- Strong capability in planning, coordination and execution.

- Comprehension of consulting economics and commercial structures of contracts.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word).
- Experience in a similar partnership role.
- Experience of working within the data industry is highly desirable.
- Self-motivated with the ability to proactively seek out solutions and opportunities.
- Ability to deliver presentations and captivate an audience.
