- Partner with the Change Management to ensure alignment across Technology, Compliance, Legal, Credit, CST, and Operations.
- Manage third‑party vendors, consultants and integration partners.
- Support technical design discussions and coordinate integration activities.
- Oversee testing cycles including SIT, UAT, and regression testing.
- Ensure delivery aligns with governance, regulatory requirements, and internal standards.

- Hands‑on experience delivering multi‑vendor or multi‑supplier projects.
- Proven delivery track record in IT, digital, CRM, or transformation projects.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to simplify complex problems.
Desirable
- Experience delivering Salesforce CRM projects (Financial Services Cloud a plus).
- Experience with contact centre, or direct‑to‑customer technology solutions.
- Degree or equivalent in a technical or computing discipline.
- Exposure to automation, payment solutions, or customer journey transformation.

A technically strong project manager who is comfortable working across business and technology teams and who thrives in a fast‑paced, growing environment.
