Description

As our HR Business Partner, you’ll play a dual role: leading our talent acquisition strategy to attract and hire the people who will fuel our growth, while also partnering with leaders to shape the broader people agenda. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced strategic Talent Acquisition professional who wants to broaden their scope into HR business partnering and gain exposure to the full employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition
  • Design and execute a company-wide hiring strategy that meets business growth needs.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, craft compelling job descriptions, and deliver a consistent, inclusive recruitment process.
  • Champion employer brand initiatives that showcase our culture and help position us as a destination employer.
  • Ensure a best-in-class candidate experience, with timely, transparent communication at every stage.
  • Use data and metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, quality of hire, source effectiveness) to inform and continuously improve talent acquisition.
  • HR Business Partnering
  • Build trusted relationships with leaders, providing coaching, guidance, and challenge to strengthen leadership capability.
  • Oversee key moments of the employee lifecycle—including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding—ensuring they are consistent and impactful.
  • Collaborate on initiatives that strengthen engagement, inclusion, and culture.
  • Contribute to organisational change and scaling efforts, anticipating people impacts and helping leaders manage transitions effectively.

What You’ll Bring (Skills, Experience & Mindset)

  • Strong track record in talent acquisition, ideally in a scaling tech or high-growth environment.
  • Desire to broaden into HR business partnering, with some prior HR generalist or partnering experience an advantage.
  • Knowledge of sourcing strategies, candidate assessment, and employer branding.
  • Understanding of HR best practice, employment law, and employee relations (or willingness to develop in these areas).
  • Data-driven approach to both recruitment and people outcomes.
  • A collaborative, relationship-first style—able to build trust quickly and influence with impact.
  • Positive, proactive, and solution-focused; comfortable with ambiguity and competing priorities.
  • Strong communication skills, with clear and concise written and verbal updates.
