  • Work with Copywriting team to ensure all materials align with Amplience's brand voice and narrative framework.
  • Develop enablement resources (talk tracks, battlecards, objection handling guides) in partnership with the Copywriter and Analyst.
  • Organise and maintain Sales Enablement repositories such as Showpad and Sharepoint.
  • Partner with the Product Marketing Analyst to measure enablement effectiveness through sales confidence, asset usage, and win rate data.
  • Project Manage the Sales Enablement program, including planning and delivery of onboarding sessions, live workshops, and continuous learning content.
  • Collaborate with VP of Product Marketing and other spokespeople to deliver training.
  • Collaborate with Sales leadership to identify capability gaps and prioritise enablement initiatives.
  • Act as the primary liaison between Product, GTM Marketing, and Sales for product marketing initiatives.
  • Partner with the Product Marketing Analyst to inform decisions with data, insights, and competitive intelligence.
  • Work with GTM Marketing on product updates and product launch content distribution, audience segmentation, and campaign alignment.
  • Assess launch performance, adoption rates, and content impact in collaboration with the Analyst.
  • Capture feedback from Sales, Product, and customers to improve future launches.
  • Contribute to quarterly and annual product marketing planning.
What You'll Bring (Skills, Experience & Mindset)
  • 4+ years' experience in product marketing, go-to-market management, or commercial enablement, ideally within B2B SaaS, martech, or ecommerce.
  • Strong background in project management - able to coordinate multiple stakeholders and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent understanding of messaging development, positioning frameworks, and buyer journey mapping.
  • Experience creating or managing sales enablement materials and collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Creative teams.
