Main Purpose: Achieve revenue and growth targets at an assigned customer portfolio of strategic accounts as well as profitability and customer satisfaction goals. Be a role model in hunting within the existing accounts and identifying up- and cross-sell opportunities. After proven success, the candidate will have the opportunity to support and coach all team members on upsell and cross-sell topics.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing key customer contacts.
- Create and grow new ones throughout the account to achieve efficient levels of customer intimacy and support business growth and financial objectives (Revenue, Gross Margin).
- Collaborate with Sales, Global Account Directors and Solution Management on business opportunities.
- Act as a link between the customer and the internal delivery/production teams; being the advocate of the client in our organization.
- Develop and maintain Strategic Account Plans and manage an ongoing pipeline of revenue and activity for the Account Managers portfolios.
- Develop and implement sales and account growth strategies for your named key accounts in cooperation with the HoAM while being responsible for positioning all Acolad solutions & services with help from product specialists.
- Execute the targets and KPIs of your Accounts (in close cooperation with HoAM).
- Work together with the HoAM and production teams to create growth in accounts and to ensure customer life-time value is maximally utilized.
- Forecast account sales and monitor account pipeline in Salesforce.
- Visit clients on-site on a regular basis (quarterly / half-yearly) to represent Acolad and identify further account expansion opportunities.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of company services and technology solutions, with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly.
- Proven negotiation and persuasion skills, with experience influencing stakeholders and closing deals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, essential for engaging with clients and internal teams.
- Demonstrated ability in building and managing client relationships, ensuring long-term satisfaction and account growth.
- Experience in developing presentations and tailored proposals for clients and prospects.
- Proficient in account mapping, planning, and management, with a strategic approach to account development.
- Solid market and competitor awareness, with the commercial acumen to identify opportunities and position solutions effectively.
- Familiarity with industry-specific trends and challenges, enabling insightful conversations with clients.
