Key Responsibilities
- Teach BTEC Enterprise and Entrepreneurship and A Level AQA Business.
- Develop students' talents and enthusiasms across all ability levels.
- Provide regular teacher support, both in small groups and one‑to‑one settings, following an open‑door policy.
- Participate in departmental activities such as the JCB Challenge and the Investment Society.
- Maintain classroom resources, lesson plans, and assessment procedures that promote student enjoyment and progress.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience of teaching A Level or other Level 5 Business‑related qualification is essential.
- Suitable for an experienced teacher or an early‑career teacher (ECT).
- Ability to satisfy all criteria and checks relating to suitability to work in a school environment.
- All successful candidates will be subject to checks by the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) and other relevant employment checks.
