Customer Care Representative - The Role

As a Customer Care Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring smooth and efficient handling of orders and inquiries.

To work closely within the Customer Care Team and with Sales Account Managers, in order to provide a full range of customer service and administrative support, together with working closely with both internal and external customers.

Customer Care Representative - Key Responsibilities

  • Managing the customer order process: booking, PO verification, and order handling
  • Providing pricing and delivery information using established tools and processes
  • Supporting Sales Account Managers with exhibitions and customer interactions
  • Handling telephone and email inquiries from internal and external customers
  • Maintaining electronic and manual filing systems
  • Managing incoming and outgoing mail for the site
  • Assisting with new account and credit term applications

Customer Care Representative - You

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a sales/customer service office environment
  • 5 GCSEs (A-C) and NVQ in Customer Service is desirable
  • Confident user of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Able to build strong connections with customers and internal teams
  • Organised and detail-oriented with excellent communication skills
