Our Martec engineering team is at the heart of what we do, and we’re looking for a talented Process Development Engineer to help drive the next phase of our success.
What You’ll Do:
- Design and Develop Solutions - Create commercial interconnection solutions that meet customer needs.
- Process Improvement - Plan and implement process improvements based on real-time data to enhance delivery times and maintain high-quality standards.
- Project Management - Lead product development projects to ensure timely delivery, budget adherence, and seamless handovers to production.
- Customer & Supplier Relationships - Maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers, representing Martec in product development meetings.
- Collaborate Across Teams - Work with Development Engineers, Operations, and Quality teams to ensure smooth product implementation and resolution of production issues.
- Continuous Improvement - Contribute to engineering systems and tools, driving business improvements for customer satisfaction and company profitability.
What We’re Looking For:
- Relevant degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in product development and project management (MS Project preferred).
- Good mechanical engineering skills.
- Proficient in CAD (SolidEdge preferred).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and driven to succeed.
