Our Martec engineering team is at the heart of what we do, and we’re looking for a talented Process Development Engineer to help drive the next phase of our success.

What You’ll Do:

  • Design and Develop Solutions - Create commercial interconnection solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Process Improvement - Plan and implement process improvements based on real-time data to enhance delivery times and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Project Management - Lead product development projects to ensure timely delivery, budget adherence, and seamless handovers to production.
  • Customer & Supplier Relationships - Maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers, representing Martec in product development meetings.
  • Collaborate Across Teams - Work with Development Engineers, Operations, and Quality teams to ensure smooth product implementation and resolution of production issues.
  • Continuous Improvement - Contribute to engineering systems and tools, driving business improvements for customer satisfaction and company profitability.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Relevant degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Proven experience in product development and project management (MS Project preferred).
  • Good mechanical engineering skills.
  • Proficient in CAD (SolidEdge preferred).
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and driven to succeed.
