Ampersand Therapy is hiring a dedicated and compassionate School Psychologist for the 2025–2026 school year in Kent, Washington. We are a local, women- and therapist-operated company on a mission to improve the school-based employment experience for professionals like you. Job Highlights:

  • Location: Kent, WA
  • Position: School Psychologist 1.0 FTE for the first semester with high possibility to extend
  • In person candidates only

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct student evaluations
  • Write comprehensive IEP reports
  • Attend IEP and staff meetings
  • Provide progress monitoring and documentation
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and special education teams
  • Other duties as assigned by district team

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in School Psychology or equivalent
  • Valid Washington ESA Certification (required before start)
  • NASP membership a plus
  • School-based experience preferred but not required
