We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Power Electronics Engineer to lead the design and development of next‑generation DC/DC, AC/DC, and DC/AC power conversion systems using wide bandgap semiconductors such as SiC and GaN. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, simulation, and development of high‑performance power converters (DC/DC, AC/DC, and DC/AC) using SiC and GaN technologies.
- Define system architectures, topologies, and control strategies for high‑efficiency power conversion.
- Conduct circuit simulation, PCB layout design, and thermal management analysis to optimize performance.
- Drive component selection and ensure compliance with relevant industry standards (IEC, UL, automotive, aerospace, etc.).
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate power electronics into larger systems.
- Perform hardware validation, testing, and troubleshooting to improve system reliability.

Requirements

- Familiarity with power magnetics, gate drivers, and high‑voltage isolation techniques.
