We are looking to recruit a full-time CRM Manager to join our Commercial team. The role will be focused primarily on maintaining, developing and maximising HubSpot across both the Sales and Marketing team.

Ideally, you will have at least four years’ experience in a similar role. The successful candidate will be solely responsible for maintaining Ampere’s CRM so we are looking for self-starters and independent thinkers who can work closely with Marketing, Sales, Operations and wider team.

Your Responsibilities Will Include, But Not Be Limited To

CRM strategy

  • Oversee CRM strategy and create tools to support with the delivery of strategic objectives
  • Track, measure and maximise performance, reporting on effectiveness of different sales and marketing channels, summarising the key insights and making recommendations
  • Develop and maintain robust campaign reporting systems to measure and improve the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns using Marketing studio
  • Ensure the Commercial team is optimising usage of HubSpot’s full capabilities and maintaining accurate data entry,
  • Implement and manage automated workflows to improve efficiencies across Sales, Marketing and Operational teams
  • Work with stakeholders to provide accurate reporting on company performance, sales bookings, revenue, forecasting and marketing activity
  • Work closely with business leads on key areas of integration and future opportunity to utilise HubSpot, including Operations, Research, Marketing, Sales and Finance
  • Develop sales reporting and operational processes to meet ongoing demand for evolved reporting metrics and analysis whilst improving accuracy

Operational

  • Enhancing and maintaining HubSpot Sales Enterprise and Marketing Enterprise
  • Be the main point of contact for any HubSpot related issues, and be responsible for providing HubSpot training to new team members
  • Reduce duplicate entry issues in HS, leading the way for any automated processes to increase efficiency
  • Oversee client ticketing system, ensuring tickets are successfully handled and closed by analyst team
  • Be the main point of contact for our Customer Success Manager at HubSpot and work to improve any company pain points within HubSpot
  • Work with the sales team to support accurate data entry, pipeline reporting and evolve automation where appropriate

Skills And Experience Required

  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience using HubSpot
  • HubSpot Academy certification in HubSpot Marketing and Sales software
  • Experience with HubSpot developer platform and HubSpot APIs

Skills And Experience Desired

  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Understanding of Google Analytics
  • Experience in sales operations
