We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team as an external resource on a full-time basis for the next several months. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully implementing projects related to Law and Privacy solutions. This role requires strong leadership, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage complex projects in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance with legal and privacy requirements.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, and oversee their execution.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure seamless project implementation.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Prepare and deliver regular status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Ensure all project documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with legal and privacy standards.
  • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and training sessions as needed.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Law, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of project management experience, preferably with a focus on Law and Privacy solutions.
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex projects from initiation to completion.
  • Strong understanding of legal and privacy regulations, standards, and best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with SCRUM and Agile project management methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and iterative delivery.
  • Proficiency with Agile project management and delivery tools such as Azure DevOps for tracking work, managing releases, and reporting.
  • Proven experience working across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from requirements definition and design through development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum certifications, or equivalent) is a plus.
