The Food and Beverage Consumer Experience Organization (CXO) is seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer with expertise in producing email-ready visual assets, optimizing existing brand materials, and leveraging Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Firefly to create or refine digital content for CXO-level marketing activations. This role emphasizes content reuse, adaptation, and modular design, transforming established brand assets, campaign materials, and design libraries into refreshed visuals that meet Food and Beverage's brand standards and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Email Design & Production
- Rework, resize, restyle, and repurpose existing brand assets for email templates and digital touchpoints.
- Create responsive email graphics and well-organized, layered Photoshop files using approved brand libraries.
- Develop modular, scalable design components for reuse across CXO programs and campaigns.
- Firefly-Enhanced Creative Production
- Use Adobe Firefly to generate new visual assets, produce variations, and craft complementary imagery that aligns with brand guidelines and compliance needs.
- Deliver rapid-turn creative concepts using Firefly's generative capabilities.
- Brand Alignment & Collaboration
- Ensure all deliverables strictly adhere to Food and Beverage's brand standards across the portfolio.
- Collaborate closely with activation leads, marketing partners, and brand teams to support CXO-level initiatives.
- 2–5 years of professional graphic design experience, with strong capabilities in email-optimized asset creation.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, including layer management, exporting, and file optimization.
- Experience using Adobe Firefly or similar generative tools to produce or enhance digital assets.
- Proven experience adapting and reusing existing brand assets, design systems, and campaign materials across digital touchpoints.
- Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.
