The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

An influential role – This is a senior role with real ownership. You’ll shape how Ampa grows – in the market, through our brands and alongside our people – helping turn ambition into practical, commercial action.

Close partnership with leaders across the Group – You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders and brand leaders, building strong relationships and ensuring our business development activity is aligned, focused and effective.

The chance to lead and develop others – You’ll lead a talented business development team, creating the environment, clarity and support they need to do their best work and grow in their careers. You’ll act as a commercial ambassador for the Group, working closely with leaders across Ampa to bring the full strength of our offering to market. With a clear view of our priorities and a strong understanding of the market, you’ll help ensure our growth is thoughtful, aligned and sustainable.
