- You’ll work closely with Private Wealth legal specialists while connecting into the wider Ampa Group—spotting opportunities, strengthening networks, and driving initiatives that generate real revenue impact.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior legal and advisory leaders to shape and deliver Private Wealth BD strategies.
- Connect fee earners with marketing and BD specialists to ensure joined-up execution.
- Lead and drive growth initiatives across Private Wealth, collaborating across Ampa brands.
- Build and deepen relationships with clients, prospects, intermediaries, and referral partners.
- Lead key account planning, client care activity, and feedback programmes.
- Identify and deliver cross-sell and referral opportunities across the wider Ampa Group.
- Plan and deliver events, partnerships, and campaigns that support growth.
- Ensure opportunities are captured, progressed, and converted into revenue.
- Use CRM, analytics, and market insight to identify opportunities and track performance.
- Monitor progress against goals and KPIs.
- Coach and support partners and fee earners to build confidence in business development.
- Manage BD-led budgets for campaigns, events, and initiatives.
