We’re looking for a Business Development (BD) Business Partner to join our Marketing team and drive initiatives that deliver real growth. This is not just about supporting — it’s about leading business development activity that puts clients at the heart of everything we do.
You’ll work alongside senior leaders to shape strategy, implement plans, and spot opportunities that take our growth to the next level. This is an exciting role for someone who thrives on collaboration, loves building relationships, and wants the freedom to make a tangible impact.
The Role
- Lead BD initiatives, manage key accounts, identify new opportunities, develop go-to-market strategies, and build referral pathways to unlock growth.
- Engage clients and prospects, use CRM tools and analytics to drive pipeline, and collaborate on events and partnerships.
- Coach and challenge partners and fee earners to achieve BD goals, acting as the link between teams and marketing specialists.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Business Development initiatives across area teams and the wider organisation, working with legal colleagues across Ampa brands.
- Manage key accounts, lead account planning, oversee client care meetings, and keep clients central to growth plans.
- Identify new opportunities, create go-to-market strategies, and develop referral pathways.
- Engage clients and prospects, introducing teams and services effectively.
- Use CRM tools and analytics to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and drive pipeline performance.
- Collaborate on events and partnerships, research sponsorship opportunities, design event strategies, and execute activations.
- Coach partners and fee earners to achieve BD goals, acting as the link between teams and marketing specialists.
