Description

We are seeking a Creative Design Assistant to support our Creative Designer in delivering high-quality design assets across various channels. This role is ideal for a passionate and ambitious designer at the start of their career, eager to develop their skills and contribute to a diverse range of projects, from document formatting and market reports to digital content, photo editing, and social media assets.
You will have the opportunity to work across multiple brands within our group, bringing fresh ideas and innovative designs to help elevate our brand presence in a competitive market. We are looking for someone who is creative, detail-oriented, and motivated to challenge and refine our design and branding strategies.

What you will be doing:

  • Assist in the design and production of creative assets across digital, social media, print, and corporate documents
  • Work closely with various stakeholders to ensure designs align with brand guidelines and meet project objectives
  • Support in template creation for Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
  • Help manage external design suppliers and coordinate project deliverables
  • Conduct customer research and design tests to optimise marketing visuals and messaging
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on advertising concepts and campaign assets
  • Contribute to UX and web design projects, with opportunities for skill development
  • Advocate for best design practices and inspire creativity within the organisation

What you will need:

  • A portfolio showcasing design work across various media
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) ·
  • Experience designing templates for Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to create high-quality visual content that meets industry standards
  • Comfortable explaining design concepts and feedback to stakeholders
  • Some exposure to web design and UX is a plus but not required
  • Knowledge of video production and editing tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.) is a bonus
  • Some experience in a marketing or creative function is desirable but not essential
Personal skills
  • A strong passion for design and branding, with an eye for detail and quality
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members
  • Open to feedback and committed to continuous improvement
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills, comfortable working with senior stakeholders
  • A creative mindset that aligns with our company values and ambitions
