The role:
We have big growth plans and are looking for people with the enthusiasm to come and be part of this journey! We are looking to appoint an Associate Planning Director / Planning Director to play a key part in the growth strategy of our Birmingham office, developing and delivering opportunities and further building on our success to date.
As a Planning Director in Marrons, we can offer you the opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects, including identifying new development opportunities and delivering major mixed-use urban extensions across the UK. You will be working with national house builders, land promoters, and landowners and become a key part of the Marrons leadership team.
You will need:
- A degree in town planning or a related field, and significant relevant experience in a planning consultancy
- A strong understanding of UK planning policies and regulations, and experience in preparing and submitting planning applications and appeals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to lead a team effectively
- A track record of delivering high-quality work to tight deadlines, and a strong commitment to client satisfaction.
