The Serious Injury team sits within our Consumer Business (LIME), which in turn sits within our Litigation & Dispute Resolution Group.
The team deals with some of the most complex and high-profile personal injury claims nationally and won the Catastrophic Injury Team of the year at the 2023 national Personal Injury Awards.
Find out more about who leads the team., Working as part of a team to provide assistance on claimant personal injury work with a focus on serious injury and major trauma work.
Assisting with running caseloads from start to finish, liaising with clients and instructing experts e. g. medical experts and barristers, negotiating with the other side, and preparing cases for trial as appropriate.
- Ideally 2-3 years' experience in dealing with claimant personal injury with experience in serious injury and major trauma work preferable (claimant).
- A passion for assisting people impacted by serious injury and trauma.
- The desire and enthusiasm to be involved in business development and to attend client events.
- Excellent communication skills, and an ability to demonstrate empathy when required.
- A high degree of initiative and the ability to cope in a fast-moving environment.
- Excellent organisational and prioritising skills.
