What you will be doing:

As a Private Client Paralegal, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive the best possible service. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Communicating with and updating clients, colleagues, and third parties by email, phone, and in person
  • Managing administrative aspects of legal matters efficiently
  • Supporting legal advisers and meeting your individual financial targets
  • Attending client and third-party meetings (with or without legal advisers), taking notes, and assisting in discussions
  • Drafting and preparing legal documents, including wills, powers of attorney, tax submissions and probate applications

What you will need:

We seek a motivated individual with a strong background in private client matters. Ideally, you will have:

  • A solid understanding of wills, powers of attorney and estate administration
  • The ability to manage a varied workload efficiently
  • Excellent communication skills, with a focus on providing exceptional client service
  • A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
