This is not a coordination role – it is a delivery role for someone who can bring structure to ambiguity, influence senior stakeholders, and drive outcomes despite competing priorities and challenging resource environments. You will lead complex change initiatives spanning IT infrastructure, business operations and process transformation, ensuring clarity of scope, accountability and measurable outcomes from the outset. Our IT team provides high‑quality, fit‑for‑purpose technology and continually evolves our systems and capabilities to enable business growth. This role sits within a specialist team responsible for delivering high‑stakes IT and business change projects across a dynamic and ambitious legal business. As a developing function, you will influence how we shape our delivery model and raise the bar on how change lands across the firm. We offer a flexible, blended working model across our hubs in Birmingham, Leicester, London, Milton Keynes, Nottingham, Solihull, Stratford‑upon‑Avon and Sheffield.
