We’re looking for a proactive, organised and people-focused Team Co-ordinator to join our growing Reddens team. Responsibilities
- Overseeing the day-to-day running of your team
- Managing a busy caseload throughout the legal process
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients
- Ensuring work is delivered in line with SLAs and deadlines
- Supporting team performance and hitting financial targets
- Attending client meetings and building strong relationships
- Managing reporting, invoicing and process improvements
- Ensuring compliance with FCA guidelines and internal standards
Qualifications
- Experience working in a high-volume, process-driven environment
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confidence managing competing priorities and deadlines
- Great communication skills and a professional approach
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Leadership or team coordination experience (desirable)
- Exposure to legal, debt recovery, or regulated environments (beneficial, not essential)
Working Hours
- Monday - Thursday: 9:00am - 5:30pm
- Friday: 9:00am - 5:00pm
- Occasional Saturday (9:00am - 1:00pm) on a rota basis
