Amp is a new business built within a highly established group of companies operating across the live entertainment industry. While Amp is in an exciting start-up phase, it sits within a wider business that promotes and produces thousands of live events annually, giving us strong foundations, established relationships and the infrastructure to support long-term growth.

We provide complete ticketing management for venues, promoters and live events - from ticketing systems and customer service to contact centre, on-sale support and day-to-day operational management. We work behind the scenes helping clients sell more tickets, improve customer experiences and simplify complex ticketing operations.

We're looking for a Client Growth & Partnerships Manager to help drive the next stage of growth. This is a relationship-focused role suited to someone who enjoys building partnerships, creating opportunities and working closely with clients. You'll be helping venues, promoters and event organisers understand how Amp can support their ticketing and customer service operations.

What you'll be doing:

  • Building relationships with venues, promoters and live event organisations
  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities
  • Managing and progressing sales conversations from initial contact through to agreement
  • Leading meetings and presentations
  • Working with internal teams to scope and develop solutions for clients
  • Growing and supporting existing client relationships
  • Attending industry events, conferences and networking opportunities
  • Helping shape the future development and growth of Amp Tickets
