We’re hiring a Lead Full-Stack Engineer to join a London based FinTech startup that is helping some of the world's biggest asset managers unlock the value of their historic data.
You will work closely with a small team of engineers and data scientists responsible for the end to end delivery of client projects taking complex and messy legacy data into simple web applications using machine learning and LLMs.
What you’ll do:
- Lead the delivery of large scale projects with multi-billion dollar asset managers
- Work directly with clients and internal stakeholders to gather requirements
- Build production-ready systems using Python, Flask, PostgreSQL and vanilla JS
- Contribute to developing reusable tools and experimenting with LLMs to improve delivery of future projects
What we’re looking for:
- Comfortable owning projects from requirements through to delivery
- Hands on, detail oriented and reliable
- Curious about new ways of working, especially LLMs and automation
- Able to balance project ownership with collaboration
