This role is for a Reporting & Tender Administrator to join our Commercial team based at our Telford office.
Location: Telford, TF1 7AF, UK.
Responsibilities
- Producing and distributing scheduled MI/KPI reporting
- Extracting and analysing data from CRM and other sources to maintain a reliable reporting baseline
- Maintaining and improving dashboards and reporting templates to make performance visible and easy to interpret
- Identifying trends, variances, and exceptions (e.g., margin movement, customer churn/activity changes, service failures) and providing concise commentary and recommended actions to the relevant teams
- Delivering ad‑hoc analysis to answer commercial questions, quantify opportunities and risks, and support pricing, tender strategy and customer retention activity
- Improving reporting efficiency through standardisation and automation to reduce manual effort and improve cycle times
- Providing administrative coordination for tenders/renewals, including document collation, portal uploads, and tracking of key dates and compliance requirements
- Maintaining tender templates, shared folders, and standard response libraries to support consistent, efficient submissions
- Maintaining accurate customer and contract records in CRM, applying agreed data standards and completing routine data checks (including post‑award set‑up where required)
- Supporting customer/service administration by logging queries, tracking key service measures (e.g., short deliveries, complaints), and coordinating follow‑ups with internal teams
- Supporting effective system usage and data hygiene (e.g., audits, data cleansing, documenting issues) to enable reliable reporting
Qualifications
- Experience delivering administration support in a fast‑moving, demanding operational environment
- Intermediate Excel skills, with confidence building formula‑based reports and working with structured data
- Ability to work accurately with numbers and data, spotting obvious errors or inconsistencies
- Experience completing tasks requiring accuracy and attention to detail
- Experience working with data and spreadsheets
- Strong attention to detail and pride in producing accurate work
