Amour Recruitment is seeking a confident and strategic Procurement Lead to join our esteemed client based in Waterlooville. This is a perfect opportunity for a proactive procurement professional with a background in Purchasing and Buying, ready to lead and develop a dynamic procurement function. As the cornerstone of supply chain excellence, you will manage supplier relationships, develop procurement strategies, and oversee purchasing activities across various divisions.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day procurement activities across the business.
- Develop and maintain effective supplier partnerships.
- Ensure timely and cost-effective supply of materials and services.
- Drive supplier performance and procurement improvements.
- Support operational and project requirements through effective purchasing.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management, ideally within office and professional sectors.
- Strong supplier relationship management and negotiation capabilities.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP/MRP systems.
Hours: 8:30-17:30 Monday to Friday
