Amour Recruitment are pleased to be recruiting for an experienced IT Support Technician to join our long standing client based in Nursling, Southampton. In this role, you will join a small specialist team, supporting the IT infrastructure for the business, across multiple sites, primarily in Southampton. This is a varied role where you’ll work with modern technologies, supporting across networking, servers, and desktops, covering remote support and hands-on technical works.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
- Provide support for Windows 11 and M365 administration.
- Work with Hyper-V virtual servers and Veeam Backup & Replication.
- Configure and troubleshoot networking components.
- Support mobile devices including phones, tablets, and scanning equipment.
- Occasional travel to other sites.
Requirements:
- 3+ years’ experience in a similar IT support role.
- Full UK driving license.
- Educated to A-Level or equivalent (or higher).
- Right to work in the UK.
