Administrator – Shrewsbury
Salary: £25,500 rising to £26,600 after successful completion of probation
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm (30-minute lunch)
Amour Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting for an experienced Administrator to join a well-established and growing company in Shrewsbury.

Key Responsibilities
- Answering and managing incoming telephone calls and emails
- Liaising with conveyancing solicitors
- Responding to pre-contract and re-mortgage enquiries
- Providing up-to-date Debtor History Reports to solicitors
- General administrative duties including photocopying, scanning and filing
- Carrying out Land Registry searches
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
- A confident and professional communicator, both over the phone and via email
- Organised with excellent attention to detail
- Computer literate, with good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Comfortable making and receiving telephone calls
- Educated to GCSE level (Grade C/4 or above in English and Maths, or equivalent)
- Experienced within a property or legal environment (desirable but not essential)
