Amour Recruitment is seeking an experienced Service Co-ordinator to work for a friendly, fast-growing company based in Totton. You will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of engineers' travel, service reports, spare parts, and customer interactions. This is a key support role and will play a crucial part in ensuring seamless operations and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Duties include:
- Organise engineers' global travel requirements, including flights, hotels, tunnels, and visas.
- Communicate with customers and agents regarding engineers' attendance and updates during service work.
- Work closely with the parts dispatch and Workshop departments to ensure the timely dispatch of spare parts and tools for on-site jobs.
- Maintain and update databases to ensure all service details, reports, and customer interactions are logged accurately.
- Support the Service Managers and team with various administrative tasks, including preparation of service quotations, documents, and sourcing new workshops in key locations.
You will be required to be on-call one week per month, providing support outside regular working hours on an on-call rota.
Personal requirements:
- Proven experience in a service coordination or administrative role, within logistics or engineering sector is preferred.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong customer focus.
- Experience in coordinating travel, liaising with engineers, and an understanding of working across multiple time zones is highly desirable.
Hours: 08:00 - 17:00 Monday to Friday
Salary: Β£26,000 - Β£30,000.
Benefits: 29 Days Holiday (including bank holidays).
