Job Description:
Amour Recruitment are proudly working with a specialist company who deal with residential block management, who due to continued growth in their portfolio, are looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated and experienced Property Manager, based in Shrewsbury.
Duties to include:
- Carrying out site inspections and monitoring onsite works
- Being responsible for all maintenance needs
- Dealing with breaches of the lease
- Completing Section 20 Notices
- Preparing, agreeing and issuing service charge budgets
- Previous Property management experience is a must
- Good literacy and numeracy skills
- Driving licence
Salary: Β£26,000 β Β£31,000 depending on expereince and qualifications (Plus a car allowance up to Β£3600)
Hours : 09.00-17.30 Monday to Friday.
