Amour Recruitment is seeking an experienced Property Manager to work for a growing company near Fareham.

You will play a crucial role in their business by managing and maintaining every property in their portfolio.

Duties

  • Oversee the maintenance of the portfolio
  • Conduct routine inspections
  • Manage the entire checkout process, including checkouts, deposit returns, and closing accounts
  • Prepare inventories for ingoing tenants
  • Chase outstanding rental income
  • Assist with implementing legislative changes

Personal requirements:

  • Excellent organisational, communication, and time management skills
  • Awareness of property management processes and legislation
  • A complete, clean driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential

Hours:

Monday to Friday 08:00-17:00 (office-based)

Salary:

Up to £28,500 plus bonus
