Amour Recruitment is seeking an experienced Property Manager to work for a growing company near Fareham.
You will play a crucial role in their business by managing and maintaining every property in their portfolio.
Duties
- Oversee the maintenance of the portfolio
- Conduct routine inspections
- Manage the entire checkout process, including checkouts, deposit returns, and closing accounts
- Prepare inventories for ingoing tenants
- Chase outstanding rental income
- Assist with implementing legislative changes
Personal requirements:
- Excellent organisational, communication, and time management skills
- Awareness of property management processes and legislation
- A complete, clean driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential
Hours:
Monday to Friday 08:00-17:00 (office-based)
Salary:
Up to £28,500 plus bonus
