Amour Recruitment is seeking a Planning Co-ordinator to work for a great company based just outside Portsmouth. This role is pivotal in maintaining smooth communication and operational flow between teams to deliver quality service consistently.
Duties include:
- Plan, organise and assign jobs
- Plan and coordinate travel arrangements
- Act as first point of contact for clients
- Maintain accurate records using a CRM
- Assist with proposals, invoicing and other documentation
Personal requirements:
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent attention to details
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
Hours: Monday to Friday
Salary: up to £30,000 (depending on experience)
Benefits: 26 days holiday plus bank holidays, Company pension scheme, paid overtime (You will be added to the on-call rota)
